Venen Engel rents out only new products. Before a device is shipped, it undergoes our comprehensive quality check. If a device does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

If your product is already damaged upon delivery or shows noticeable signs of use, please contact our customer service immediately via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Do not attempt to make repairs yourself. To avoid any misunderstandings later, we also advise you to photograph the damage and send the picture to our customer service via email. Please note that you must report the damage within three days of delivery. Otherwise, we must assume that the damage occurred during the rental period and will charge €80.

Yes, please keep the packaging carefully (if you have rented multiple devices of the same type, please ensure that the serial number on the box matches the device inside). This way, the product can have a second life after your rental and be happy.

Please do not attempt to repair a broken device yourself. Report the damage by selecting the defective device under Rented and filling out the form under Report Damage. Venen Engel covers 75% of the repair and replacement costs. Once we know the repair costs, we will charge 25% of them, not exceeding the remaining price of the device.
