Step 1:
Connect & Prepare
Find a comfortable spot where you feel at ease. Connect the cuffs with the hose set. Open the hose cover for this. Pay attention to the colors of the connection plugs. Dark gray goes with dark gray, light gray with light gray. This ensures that it is connected in the correct order. Now close the hose cover. Then plug the power cord from the control unit into the outlet and place the control unit nearby.
Connect & start
Step into the cuffs while standing, sitting, or lying down and fully close the zippers. Lay the zipper pull flat down to activate the locking mechanism. The cuff is now securely closed. Connect the black connector at the end of the hose to the control unit. Pay attention to the arrows indicated there.
Customize individually & adjust specifically
Use the control unit to manage the application:
- Time: Sets the duration of the application.
- Pressure: Adjusts the intensity of the compression.
- Repeat 🔁: Activates the continuous mode. When this function is on, the application runs continuously until manually stopped.
- On-Off: To turn the application on and off.
Turn the two knobs to set the desired pressure and time. If you want to use the application without a time limit, set the knob to the loop mode 🔂. Then toggle the On-Off switch. The Beauty program will start right away.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Venen Engel models?
The differences between the Venen Engel models mainly lie in the number of air chambers, available programs, and individual customization options:
- Venen Engel Mini – Compact basic model with 4 air chambers and one massage program.
- Venen Engel Plus – Mobile model with 4 air chambers, conveniently controlled via app.
- Venen Engel 6 Premium Medically certified model with 6 air chambers, 6 different programs, and individual customization options.
- Venen Engel 8 Premium Medically certified model with 8 air chambers. It offers the same features, programs, and customization options as the Venen Engel 6 Premium. The difference lies solely in the higher number of air chambers.
- Venen Engel Pro with 12 air chambers, 8 different massage programs, and the most extensive customization options.
In general: The more chambers, the finer, more even, and more targeted the compression massage.
How do I properly connect the device?
The hose system is easily connected to the control unit via the multi-plug. It's important that the hoses lie flat next to the device to protect the connection. Pay attention to the arrows on the black connector to ensure you insert it correctly into the control unit.
What is the difference between the leg cuffs and the Lymph-Flow Pants?
The Venen Engel Mini is sold exclusively with leg cuffs.
The Lymph-Flow Pants massage the entire lower body – from the feet to the abdomen – providing a particularly comprehensive treatment compared to traditional leg cuffs. The leg cuff treats from the feet up to the thigh. The buttocks are not massaged with the leg cuffs.
How do I properly put on the leg cuff?
The leg cuff can be put on while standing, sitting, or lying down.
First, open the zippers slightly so you can easily step into the cuff. Then pull it up as far as it will go or until your toes peek out a bit, and close the zipper completely.
Make sure the zipper is fully closed and the zipper pull is positioned downward. This activates the zip-lock function.
It's not necessary for your feet to stick out of the cuff. If the cuff is a bit too long, it won't affect the effectiveness of the treatment.
Once you have put on the leg cuffs and are lying comfortably, connect the tubing system to the control unit.
After use:
First, disconnect the tubing system from the control unit. The tubes remain attached to the cuff. Then remove the leg cuffs one by one.
How do I use just one of the two leg cuffs?
If you only want to use one leg cuff, follow these steps:
- Disconnect one of the two hoses at the black connector. This will leave only one leg cuff connected to the control unit.
- Seal the now open connection port with the plug to prevent air from escaping.
- You can find the plug on the back of the black connector. Carefully remove it and then insert it into the open connection port to seal/close the opening.
This ensures the system is properly sealed and the application can be carried out with just one leg cuff.
How do I properly store the cuff?
After use, the cuffs should be completely deflated, loosely folded, and stored dry. Avoid bending the tubes, and keep the tubing system connected to the cuff.
Do not expose the Venen Engel to direct sunlight or extreme heat or cold.
Tip: Keep the Venen Engel in a visible place. This way, you'll be reminded to use it regularly and can easily incorporate it into your daily routine.
Which pressure is suitable for me?
The right pressure setting is very individual. The individual pressure setting should be based on the tissue condition and personal tolerance.
Why individual adjustment is important:
Your tissue, your daily condition, your sensitivity, and your specific situation are unique. A pressure that is comfortable and effective for one person may be too strong or too gentle for another. Even your own condition can vary from day to day.
Our recommendation:
Consider the pressure setting as a starting point for your personal journey of discovery. Try different pressure settings – feel free to start gently and gradually increase. Pay attention to how your body feels:
The application should be pleasant and promote your well-being, never uncomfortable or painful.
