How does the Venen Engel rental work?

Venen Engel offers the opportunity to rent the devices for a fraction of the original price for a limited time... and keep them. Find your desired product on www.venenengel.de and easily contact our team for rental.

Here's how it works:

1) Choose your minimum rental period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

2) Contact our team by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your desired device and rental period.

3) Our team will handle the paperwork and send you a confirmation link.

4) Once completed, we cover the costs for shipping and return shipping as well as the refurbishment of the devices at the end of the rental. Are you thrilled and want to keep the device? No problem, with the buyout option, we will credit the rental fees already paid.

Who can rent Venen Engel devices?

We currently ship to business customers in Germany and Austria, but we are planning to expand to more countries soon. To stay updated, you can simply register at www.venenengel.de and we will send you our newsletter regularly.

Why should I rent Venen Engel devices?

With our rental offer, you rent all your products for a fraction of the purchase price and benefit from a tiered model. It gives you the opportunity to get to know the Venen Engel and convince yourself before you decide to buy.

How long can I rent Venen Engel?
The rental period ranges from 1 to 12 months. We offer you the option to rent for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. The longer the rental period, the cheaper the monthly price. You can purchase the device from the rental at any time, and the amount already paid will, of course, be credited. Please note that the rental price for the entire rental period is paid in advance - this significantly reduces the financial burden for longer rentals.
Does the price decrease with a longer rental period?

Yes, we work with a tiered model where the monthly costs decrease if you choose a longer term. You can save up to 33% per month, and a detailed overview of the pricing for each Venen Engel device is available upon request.

Processing and Procedure
Are the rental devices new?

Venen Engel rents out only new products. Before a device is shipped, it goes through our comprehensive quality check. If a device does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

How is the product insured? What should I do if there is a defect?
If your product is already damaged upon delivery or shows noticeable signs of use, please contact our customer service immediately via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Do not attempt to make repairs yourself. To avoid any misunderstandings later, we also advise you to photograph the damage and send the picture to our customer service via email. Please note that you must report the damage within three days of delivery. Otherwise, we will have to assume that the damage occurred during the rental period and charge €80.
Can I also buy the device?

Yes, get in touch with our team and we will inform you about the outstanding difference between the rental and purchase price. Once you confirm this, we will invoice you for the amount and change the status from "Rental" to "Purchase" upon receipt of payment.

How much longer is my rental period?
In your emails, you will find all the information about the start and end of the rental, as well as other options. If you are missing the email, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
How do I get an invoice for my rented devices?

You will receive your invoice by email. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

What if someone from the team damages the device?

You can return the device, and we will charge an amount of €80. Intentional damages are not covered. Please report the damage to us as soon as possible via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Our customer service will respond within one business day.

Can I extend the chosen minimum rental period during the rental?

Yes, you can extend your rental period at any time during the rental. Contact our customer service team via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Please note that switching to a shorter rental period or a total rental time of over 12 months is not possible.

Can I change/switch the device during the rental period?
No, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange during the rental period. After the minimum rental period has ended, you can return the device to us free of charge and rent something new by signing a new rental agreement.
Are my data protected with Venen Engel?

The protection of your data is extremely important to us. You can find more detailed information on this topic in our privacy policy.

Delivery and Return
Are the devices checked and cleaned before shipping?

Yes, all our devices are new and therefore tested according to our quality standards.

What are the shipping costs?

We cover the shipping costs for your rental products as well as the costs when you return the device after the rental period ends.

How long does delivery take?

Your Venen Engel will usually be delivered within 2–3 business days after ordering.

Do I need to keep the original packaging?

Yes, please keep the packaging carefully (if you have rented multiple devices of the same type, please ensure that the serial number on the box matches the device inside). This way, the product can have a second life after your rental and will be happy.

What should I do with a defective device?

Please do not attempt to repair a broken device yourself. Report the damage by selecting the defective device under Rented and filling out the form under Report Damage. Venen Engel covers 75% of the repair and replacement costs. Once we know the repair costs, we will invoice 25% of that amount, not exceeding the remaining price of the device. If you cannot wait for a device to be repaired, we can conclude a new rental agreement and send a replacement immediately. Please contact our team via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

How do I return the device?

After the minimum rental period has ended, you can return rented devices at any time for free. Our team will contact you shortly before the rental ends and will send you a return label upon request. Alternatively, you can reach our customer service team at any time via email, WhatsApp, or phone. We will end the rental as soon as we receive the product.

Payment and Invoice
When do I pay the rent?

Your rent is paid in advance. The tiered pricing model, which lets you choose between a 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month rental, reduces your contribution by up to 33%. If you decide to purchase the device during the rental period, the amount you've already paid will naturally be credited, and there will be no extra costs. Full transparency.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, AmazonPay, Klarna, or bank transfer.

How are the payment details set?
Your rental payment will be made in full upfront when you receive and confirm the order link. We offer you a better monthly price for a longer rental period, allowing you to save up to 33% per month compared to the 1-month price. If you decide to purchase the device, the payment already made will be taken into account and credited.
How do I get an invoice for my rent?

Your invoice will be sent to you via email, and you can request your invoice from our team at any time by mentioning your order number.
