Scope of Application
❄️ Cooling Application
For a pleasantly fresh feeling on warm days or after a long day on your feet.
In the refrigerator (recommended):
- Place the sleeve in the provided zip bag.
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Put it on and enjoy the refreshment.
In the freezer (for a quick cool):
- Place the sleeve in the zip bag in the freezer.
- Cool for a maximum of 20 minutes.
- Check if the temperature feels comfortable before putting it on. Ideally, it should be 2–8 °C.
Warming Application
For relaxing moments of well-being and a pleasant break.
- Bring the sleeve to room temperature and remove it from the packaging.
- Warm it in the microwave for about 20 seconds initially. (650-799 W or 800-1,000 W).
- Check the temperature.
- If necessary, reheat in 10-second intervals.
Important:
- Never heat for more than 1 minute at a time.
- Do not exceed a total of 2 minutes of microwave time.
- Always check if the temperature feels comfortably warm.

Cleaning
- Simply clean with a damp cloth.
- Then let air dry.
- Do not clean in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs
Can I wear the Cool Comfort Sleeve while walking?
For optimal support, you should wear the Cool Comfort Sleeves only while lying down or standing. Otherwise, they may slip or fall down.
Can I use the Cool Comfort Sleeves even when I'm lying in the Venen Engel?
The Cool Comfort Sleeves are not designed for simultaneous use with the Venen Engel. We recommend using the Cool Comfort Sleeves before or after.
Does the Cool Comfort Sleeve fit me?
The Cool Comfort Sleeve is ideally wrapped around the leg. If the circumference is not sufficient, it can easily be extended with a second Cool Comfort Sleeve using the Velcro fastener.
The dimensions of the sleeve are: 79 cm (length) x 61 cm (width)
Fit:
- Ankle: up to 21 cm
- Calf: up to 40 cm
- Knee: up to 53 cm
- Thigh: up to 68 cm
The material (85% Nylon
15% Spandex) stretches well and can therefore be slightly expanded in circumference by gently pulling.
Alternatively, you can fully open the sleeve and comfortably place it under or over your legs to flexibly use the cooling or warming effect.
Can I wash the Cool Comfort Sleeves?
The Cool Comfort Sleeves are unfortunately not suitable for the washing machine and dryer.
Use a damp cloth to gently clean the surface of your Cool Comfort Sleeve. Then let the Cool Comfort Sleeve air dry.
How long does the Cool Comfort Sleeve stay cold?
The cooling effect lasts about 15–20 minutes – ideal for a safe cold application.
How often can I use the Cool Comfort Sleeves?
The sleeves are reusable and designed for long-term use – as long as they remain undamaged, you can use them regularly.
How do I properly store the Cool Comfort Sleeves?
For a refreshing cooling effect at any time, you can simply store your Cool Comfort Sleeves in the refrigerator—ideally in the Thermo-Bag.
During the cooler months, storing them in a cool room is also possible. This way, the sleeves remain protected in their Thermo-Bag and are always ready for their next use.
