Step 1:
Connect & prepare
Find a comfortable place where you feel at ease. Connect the cuffs with the hose set. Pay close attention to the colors and lengths of the plugs to ensure the correct order: The dark gray plug belongs to the dark gray connection at the top of the cuff (shortest hose). From there, work your way down step by step with the light gray cuff plugs. Now close the hose cover. Then plug the power cord from the control unit into the outlet and place the control unit nearby.
Connect & start
Step into the cuffs while standing, sitting, or lying down and fully close the zippers. Lay the zipper pull flat down to activate the locking mechanism. The cuff is now securely closed. Connect the black connector at the end of the hose to the control unit. Pay attention to the arrows there. Now press the power button.
Individually adjust & tailor specifically
Using the control unit or remote control, you manage the application:
- Time: Determines the duration of the application
- Pressure: Adjusts the intensity of the compression
- Programs: Control the sequence and rhythm of the massage
- Numbers: Deactivate and activate individual chambers
The numbers 1–8 represent the individual chambers. During inflation and deflation, the numbers of the air chambers blink. This way, you can always see which air chamber is currently active. (Default: all active, numbers light up blue). Press a number to deactivate the corresponding air chamber → the number goes out. Press again to activate → the number lights up again.

What is the difference between the Venen Engel 8 Premium and Venen Engel 6 Premium?
The difference lies in the number of air chambers:
- Venen Engel 8 Premium: 8 air chambers
- Venen Engel 6 Premium: 6 air chambers
The more chambers, the finer, more even, and more targeted the compression massage.
How do I connect the device correctly?
The hose system is easily connected to the control unit via the multi-plug. It's important that the hoses lie flat next to the device to protect the connection. Pay attention to the arrows on the black connector to ensure you insert it correctly into the control unit. The arrows must point upwards.
What is the difference between the leg cuffs and the Lymph-Flow Pants?
The Lymph-Flow Pants massage the entire lower body – from the feet to the abdomen – providing a more comprehensive application compared to traditional leg cuffs. The leg cuff treats from the feet up to the thigh.
In general, we therefore recommend Lymph-Flow Pants.
However, if putting on and taking off pants is becoming increasingly difficult for you, we recommend the leg cuffs. They are easier to put on and take off and also offer the option to treat just one leg if needed.
How do I properly put on the Lymph-Flow Pants?
The Lymph-Flow Pants can be put on while standing, sitting, or lying down.
First, open the zippers so you can easily step into the pants. Then pull the Lymph-Flow Pants up until they fit snugly in the crotch. If the pants reach over your chest, you can position them just below the chest. The abdominal area should be completely covered. Then close the Velcro straps at the abdomen.
Make sure the zipper is fully closed and the zipper pull is positioned downward. This activates the zip-lock function.
It's not necessary for your feet to stick out of the pants. If the Lymph-Flow Pants are a bit too long, that's not a problem and does not affect the effectiveness of the application.
Once you have put on the Lymph-Flow Pants and are lying comfortably, connect the hose system to the control unit.
After use:
First, disconnect the hose system from the control unit. The hoses remain attached to the cuff.
Then, undo the Velcro straps in the abdominal area and open the zippers on both sides. After that, you can easily take off the Lymph-Flow Pants while lying down, sitting, or standing.
How do I find the optimal program?
This model features 8 different massage programs – depending on whether you want a targeted, broad, gentle, or intense massage. To vary the stimuli, switching programs during a session can be beneficial and pleasant. The important thing is that it feels good.
