Step 1:
Connect & prepare
Connect the cuffs to the control unit in the correct order. Start with Connection 1 (front left) and then connect all other connections according to the numbering. Make sure that the arrow on the plugs points upwards. Then connect the power cable, turn on the main switch on the back, and start the device using the POWER button.
Stop treatment
Select the desired treatment area using the ZONE button:
- 1 = right arm
- 2 = left arm
- 3 = front of pants
- 4 = back of pants
Then set the temperature (30–60 °C) and the treatment time (5–95 minutes). You can adjust the temperature individually for each zone. Simply press the zone symbol in the center of the control unit and increase or decrease the temperature of the selected zone. Gradually increase the temperature as needed until it feels comfortable for the application.
Start and stop the application
Start or stop the infrared application with the ON/OFF button. After the treatment, turn off the device using the POWER button. Then, switch off the main switch on the back and unplug the power cord.

The application can be performed with regular underwear. For optimal heat transfer, applying directly on the skin is ideal.
How long should a session with the Venen Engel Infrared Pod Pro last?
We recommend a usage duration of up to 60 minutes when using temperatures above 50 °C. At lower temperatures, the duration can be adjusted individually.
How do I find the right temperature?
Everyone reacts differently to infrared heat. Therefore, start with a lower temperature and gradually increase it after several uses. This way, you can optimally adjust to the heat and avoid excessive strain.
What should be considered during use?
Make sure to drink at least one liter of water during use. The leg cuffs should be placed on a flat surface like a couch or bed. Do not fold the heated areas during use, as this can lead to overheating.
When is the best time to use it?
The Venen Engel Infrared Pod Pro is particularly well-suited for relaxation after a massage or wellness treatment. As it is not a medical device, its use is solely for well-being and does not replace medical treatment.

Clean the textile covers after each use with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents or solvents. You should only clean the control unit with a dry cloth.

Store the Venen Engel Infrared Pod Pro in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosely coil the cables without bending or pinching them. For transport, use the original packaging or an equivalent protective packaging.
