The more chambers the cuff has the more intense the massage effect, because per air chambers smaller areas can be addressed more specifically. In addition, premium models allow you to turn off individual chambers to exclude pain-sensitive areas from the massage.

Leg cuff:

At the upper edge of the leg cuff (thigh / groin) the circumference is 67 cm, at the level of the knee 54 cm, above the ankle cuff / calf 52 cm. The length from the sole of the foot to the upper edge of the leg cuff is 78 cm. The foot length is about 30 cm, but it is irrelevant, because the cuff has an opening at the top of the foot and thus the problem-free use is possible even with larger feet.

Arm cuff:

Maximum arm circumference (widest point - height of the armpit) about 46 cm. At the level of the elbow joint about 42 cm - at the level of the wrist about 36 cm. The length of the arm cuff is from the lowest edge to under the armpit about 63 cm and in the total length from the lowest to the top edge (shoulder) about 88 cm.

Abdominal cuff:

The dimensions of the abdominal cuff (without extension tabs) are 130 cm x 37 cm, making it suitable for a circumference between 95 and 110 cm.

Pants cuff:

The dimensions for the pants cuff are as follows: Abdomen circumference: max. 112 cm; thigh circumference: max. 68 cm; leg length: 92 cm; outer leg length: 126cm

Note:The total width of the leg, abdomen and trouser cuff can be increased in 10 cm increments with extensions.

The standard and premium devices differ in some crucial factors:
- Additional massage programs: With the premium models, you can choose from additional massage programs. This allows you to individualize the massage according to your personal preferences.

- Deactivatable air chambers: In addition, you have the option with the premium models to exclude individual air chambers. So you can exclude pain-sensitive areas from the massage.

- Individual pressure adjustment of the air chambers: At the Venen Engel 12 Premium you have the option to adjust the pressure in the individual air chambers individually. So you achieve an even more pleasant, efficient and bedüfnisorientiertere massage.

- Remote control: All premium models have a remote control.

The standard cuff can be used up to a leg circumference of approx. 68 cm. However, we offer practical extension tabs that gradually increase the maximum leg circumference by 10 cm. The extension tabs are connected together to achieve the required circumference.

When we receive your order, your package will be handed over to the parcel service the next business day. Depending on which country you live in, the shipping time varies. In Germany, the package should arrive within another business day.

The sensation of pressure and pain differs from person to person. You should clearly feel the massage effect. However, the application should not be painful in any case. We rely on the cooperation of our customers during the rental period!

We offer you a rental period of 3 months. During this time, you can get to know your Venen Engel, put it through its paces and then decide whether you want to return the rental device or purchase it.

Your invoice will indicate that it is a rental. During your rental, you will receive information about the device and its use, as well as the question of whether you would like to return the device to us at the end of the rental or buy it out of the rental. In the first case, we will send you a return label; in the second case, we will send you a payment link for the difference between the rental price and the total price of the device. If your product is already damaged on delivery or shows obvious signs of use, please contact our customer service immediately by email, WhatsApp or telephone. Yes of course, take your product with you on all your adventures, wherever you go. Just make sure that the battery-powered devices are safely stowed away and comply with the usage regulations of your destination.

Your rental ends as soon as you return the damaged device to us or to our repair partner. For this reason, you will not automatically receive a replacement device. You can order a new product at any time via our normal ordering process (website, email, WhatsApp, phone).
