How it works:

3) Our team will take care of the paperwork and send you a confirmation link.4) Once completed, we will cover the cost of shipping and return shipping as well as refurbishing the devices at the end of the rental.You are excited and want to take over the device? No problem, with the buy out option we will credit the rent already paid.

With our rental offer, you rent all your products for a fraction of the purchase price and benefit from a step-by-step model. It gives you the opportunity to get to know the Venen Engel and convince yourself of it before you decide to buy.
The rental period is between 1 and 12 months. We offer you to rent in a 1,3,6 or 12 month period. The longer the rental period, the cheaper the price per month. You can buy the device out of the rental at any time of your rental, the already paid amount will of course be credited. Please note that the rental price of the entire rental period is paid in advance - but the financial burden is significantly reduced for longer rentals.

Processing and procedure
Venen Engel rents out only new products. Before a device is shipped, it goes through our comprehensive quality check. If a device does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service via e-mail, WhatsApp or phone.
If your product is already damaged upon delivery or shows noticeable signs of use, please contact our customer service immediately via email, Whats App or phone. Do not attempt to carry out repairs yourself. To avoid any misunderstandings later on, we also advise you to take a picture of the damage and send the picture to our customer service by email. Please note that you must report the damage within three days after delivery. Otherwise, we have to assume that the damage occurred during the rental period and charge €80.
Yes, contact our team and we will inform you about the difference amount that is still open between rent and purchase price. Once you confirm this, we will invoice you for the amount and change status from "Rent" to "Purchase" after we receive payment.
In your emails you will find all the information about the start of the rental, end of rental and other options. If you are missing the email, please contact us by email, WhatsApp and phone.

You can return the device and we will charge an amount of €80. Intentional damage is not covered. Report the damage to us as soon as possible via email, WhatsApp or phone. Our customer service will respond within one business day.
Yes, you can extend your term at any time during the rental. To do so, contact our customer service team via email, WhatsApp or phone. Please note that a change to a shorter term or a total rental period of more than 12 months is not possible.
No, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange during the rental period. After the minimum term has expired, you can return the device to us free of charge and rent something new by signing a new rental contract.
Delivery and return
Yes, all our devices are new and therefore tested according to our quality standards.
We will cover the shipping costs of your rental products as well as the costs if you return the device after the end of the rental period.
The delivery of your Venen Engel usually takes place within 2-3 business days after the order.
Yes, please keep the box carefully (if you have rented several devices of the same type, please make sure that the serial number on the box matches the device inside). So the product will have a second life after your rental and be happy.
Please do not try to repair a broken device yourself. Report the damage by selecting the broken device under Rented and filling out the form under Report Damage. Venen Engel will cover 75% of the repair and replacement costs. Once we know what the repair cost will be, we will bill 25% of it, not exceeding the remaining price of the device. If you can't wait for a unit to be repaired, we can set up a new lease and send a replacement immediately. Please contact our team by email, WhatsApp or phone.
After the minimum rental period has expired, you can return rented equipment at any time free of charge. Our team will contact you shortly before the end of the rental period and send you a return label upon request. Alternatively, you can always contact our customer service team by email, WhatsApp or phone. We will terminate the rental as soon as we have received the product.
Payment and invoice
Your rent is paid in advance. The tiered pricing model, which lets you choose between a 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month rental, reduces your contribution by up to 33%. If you decide to buy the device during the rental period, the amount you have already paid will of course be credited and there will be no extra costs. Full transparency.
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, AmazonPay, Klarna or bank transfer.
Your rental payment will be fully prepaid when you receive and confirm the order link. We offer you a better price per month for a longer rental period and you can save up to 33% per month compared to the 1-month price. If you decide to purchase the device, the payment already made will be taken into account and credited.
Your invoice will be sent to you by email, by mentioning your order number you can request your invoice from our team at any time.
