Please ensure that the cuffs are compatible with your Venen Engel model (number of air chambers).

The more chambers the cuff has, the more intense the massage effect, as smaller areas can be targeted more precisely per air chamber. Additionally, with premium models, you can deactivate individual chambers to exclude sensitive areas from the massage.

Lymph-Flow Pants:

The Lymph-Flow Pants is an improved version of the pants cuff with hose cover and 3 integrated zipper levels. This makes it optimally adjustable to the respective body anatomy. Optimized air chambers ensure more efficient massage cycles and optimized compression effect.

Fit Recommendation for Leg Cuffs, Pants Cuffs, and Lymph-Flow Pants

Optimal Fit: The cuff should not be too tight and fits optimally when a flat hand fits between the cuff and the body, allowing the air chambers to unfold best.

If the cuff is very loose, the compression effect can be adjusted with higher pressure.

Recommendation for Extension Based on Clothing Sizes:

• Up to Size 42: No extension needed
• Size 42–46: 1 extension recommended
• Size 46–48: 2 extensions recommended
• Size 50–52: 3 extensions recommended

The standard and Premium devices differ in several key factors:
- Additional massage programs: The Premium models offer you additional massage programs to choose from. This allows you to customize the massage according to your personal preferences.

- Deactivatable air chambers: Additionally, with the Premium models, you have the option to exclude individual air chambers. This way, you can avoid massaging sensitive areas.

- Individual pressure setting of the air chambers: With the Venen Engel 12 Premium, you have the option to adjust the pressure in the individual air chambers. This allows for a more comfortable, efficient, and needs-oriented massage.

- Remote control: All Premium models come with a remote control.

- Deactivatable air chambers: Additionally, with the Premium models, you have the option to exclude individual air chambers. This way, you can avoid massaging sensitive areas.

The standard cuff can be used for a leg circumference of up to approximately 68 cm. However, we offer practical extension straps that gradually increase the maximum leg circumference by 10 cm. The extension straps can be connected to each other to reach the required circumference.

There is only one cuff size, which can be enlarged with additional extension straps. However, due to the large volume of the air chambers, effective use is easily possible even with a thigh circumference of under 45 cm. For legs with a larger circumference, there are extension straps available to enlarge the leg cuffs.

Business customers (with VAT ID) from other EU countries do not have to pay VAT. It is essential to include a VAT ID in the order.

An intra-community delivery is possible. Please contact us in advance for this. Once the order is completed, an intra-community delivery is no longer possible.

If you have a delivery address within the EU, the invoice will be issued including VAT. For non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, the invoice will be issued without VAT (gross=net).

With a special hose set (available from us), you can use abdominal and leg cuffs simultaneously.

Additionally, each accessory cuff comes with an extra quick connector. With this, you can connect more cuffs. We recommend connecting a maximum of 4 cuffs at the same time.

Our tip: try the pants cuff with two arm cuffs for a full-body application!

If none of the contraindications apply, there is nothing against using the Venen Engel several times a day. If you are unsure, please consult your family doctor.

The sensation of pressure and pain varies from person to person. You should clearly feel the massage effect. However, the application should never be painful. It's best to start with a light pressure and gradually increase it until you find the optimal pressure for yourself.

Under certain health conditions, the Venen Engel should not be used or only after consulting a doctor:

- Decompensated heart failure

- Cardiac dysfunction with water retention in the legs

- Inflammation of the treated body areas, known or suspected leg vein thrombosis

- Phlebitis and arterial diseases

- Gangrene

- Dermatitis

- Arteriosclerosis or venous circulatory disorders

- Open, untreated, or infected wounds and injuries

- In case of leg pain

- Skin injuries

- Acute inflammations

- Malignant tumors

- Pulmonary edema

- High blood pressure

- Extensive thrombophlebitis

- Thrombosis or suspected thrombosis

- Erysipelas

- Severe uncontrolled hypertension

- Acute soft tissue trauma of the extremities

- Neuropathy or occlusive processes in the lymphatic drainage area

- Pregnancy

- Feeling of weakness

- Use of a pacemaker or implants at the application site

The Venen Engel is intended to enhance your well-being and provide enjoyable relaxation.

They are intended for use by medical professionals and for home use by patients under medical supervision.

Yes, the Venen Engel can be used for both legs simultaneously. And if you only want to use one leg cuff, you can connect it directly to the control unit with the Quick Connector included in the delivery, allowing you to enjoy the application on just one leg.

The noise level is about 60 dB. This is comparable to the volume of a refrigerator. You can have a normal conversation, watch TV, or listen to music during use.

That depends on the model. If you have a Venen Engel 6 Mobil, you can use Venen Engel without a power outlet. Otherwise, it can only be used with a power outlet.

When traveling with your Venen Engel, lithium-ion batteries must be stored in carry-on luggage only. If a bag is checked at the gate, all lithium batteries must be removed from the luggage and kept with the passenger in the aircraft cabin.

Since the mobile Venen Engel devices have a built-in lithium-ion battery, they must be stored in carry-on luggage only.

Our battery-powered devices must be declared before the flight. It is at the discretion of the TSA officer to allow travel with the device. Please feel free to share our website and social media with the responsible person if they are not familiar with our device.

We offer end customers the option to rent selected Venen Engel wave massage devices for 3 months. The price depends on the model choice and starts at €229 for 3 months for the Venen Engel 6 Premium. The amount is to be paid in advance.

Yes, that's possible! If you want to keep the Venen Engel, just let us know and we will create a differential invoice for you. We will deduct the rent you have paid. One of our team members will send you an order link with the one-time outstanding amount - once the payment is confirmed, the device is yours, and from then on, the warranty period and 2-year guarantee apply, so you can keep and continue using your rental device right away. We trust in the cooperation of our customers during the rental period!

Accessories such as extensions (needed for a thigh circumference of 68 cm or more) and our vein cushion are not included in a rental, but can be purchased additionally

We offer you a rental period of 3 months. During this time, you can get to know your Venen Engel, test it thoroughly, and then decide whether to return the rental device or purchase it through the purchase option.

If you don't find your answer in the FAQs, you can contact us at service@venenengel.de or send us a message via WhatsApp. We will answer your questions as quickly as possible. Alternatively, we offer a phone service between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Your invoice indicates that it is a rental. During your rental period, you will receive information about the device and its usage, as well as the option to either return the device to us at the end of the rental or purchase it outright. In the first case, we will send you a return label, and in the second case, a payment link for the difference between the rental and the total price of the device. This price is also listed on the product page.

If your product is already damaged upon delivery or shows noticeable signs of use, please contact our customer service immediately via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Do not attempt to make repairs yourself. To avoid any misunderstandings later, we also advise you to photograph the damage and send the picture via email to our customer service. Please note that you must report the damage within three days of delivery. Otherwise, we must assume that the damage occurred during the rental period and will charge 80 €.

Yes, please keep the packaging carefully (if you have rented multiple devices of the same type, please ensure that the serial number on the box matches the device inside). This way, the product can have a second life after your rental and will be happy.

Once you have placed your order, it can no longer be modified. Please cancel the order via email, WhatsApp, or phone and place a new order. Since we strive to deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible, your order may already be in transit. In this case, please inform our customer service team and we will see what we can do for you.

If no cancellation option is displayed anymore, the order is already being processed and shipping cannot be stopped. In this case, please inform our customer service team about your decision to cancel, and we will let you know what to do next. If your order has already been delivered, it cannot be canceled. Please inform our customer service team, and we will provide you with a return label.

In your emails, you will find all the information about the start and end of the rental, as well as other options. If you are missing the email, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

The return label will be sent to you by our team at the end of the rental period. We will get in touch with you, but if you want to return the device earlier, you can reach us via email at service@venenengel.de, WhatsApp, or phone.

In case of damage, we cover 75% of the repair costs. However, Venen Engel does not cover theft, loss, or intentional damage. If your product is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service immediately. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer additional insurance for these cases.

Of course, take your product with you on all your adventures, wherever they may lead you. Just make sure that battery-operated devices are safely stored and comply with the usage regulations of your destination.

Your rental ends as soon as you send the damaged device back to us or to our repair partner. For this reason, you will not automatically receive a replacement device. You can order a new product at any time through our regular ordering process (website, email, WhatsApp, phone).

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, AmazonPay, Klarna, or bank transfer.

Your invoice will be sent to you via email, and you can request your invoice from our team at any time by mentioning your order number.
