Who is this module suitable for?
The module is aimed at people with lipedema or lymphedema, as well as relatives and those interested in better understanding the key aspects of these conditions and the lymphatic system.
How much time should I plan for?
The module consists of short video lessons, each about 2 to 4 minutes long. In total, there are 20 minutes of video content. Take an hour to go through the reading materials and videos at your own pace, allowing yourself time to reflect.
