How the Venen Engel Rental Works

1. Rent & Start Relaxed: Your rental begins with a fixed term of 3 months, which you conveniently pay in advance. After signing up, you'll receive direct access to your personal customer portal via email, and your Venen Engel will be on its way to you.

2. Stay Flexible Month by Month After the first 3 months, you have full control: If you want to continue using your Venen Engel, your subscription automatically extends by another month each time – and at a reduced monthly price! In your customer portal, you always have a complete overview of your rental status.

3. Buy or Cancel – The Choice is Yours!

  • Fallen in love? Click on “Purchase from Rental” at any time. Your already paid rentals will be credited towards the purchase price.
  • Our Promise – It's Yours After 12 Months! Once you've rented for 12 months, payments stop, and the Venen Engel automatically becomes yours at no extra cost.
  • Don't need it anymore? Click on “End My Subscription”. We'll send you a return label, and you simply send the device back to us.
