We have made the process as simple and transparent as possible for you.
Start & duration of the rental Your rental starts with a term of 3 months, which you conveniently pay in advance. This automatically activates your personal rental subscription, and you will receive access to your customer portal via email.
Extension, cancellation & purchase option: Always in full control
Purchase from rent
Have you fallen in love with your Venen Engel? Simply click on the “Purchase from Rental” button in the portal. The remaining balance will be automatically calculated based on the rent you have already paid. After payment, the device is yours – completely simple and purely digital, with no further shipping. Please note that the warranty period starts from the beginning of the rental.
The return process upon cancellation
If you decide against a purchase, the return process is straightforward:
- Click on "End my subscription" in the portal. The cancellation is effective immediately.
- You will receive a return label via email within 2 business days.
- Send the device back to us in the original box with the return label.
- If the device does not arrive within 30 days, another month's rent will be due. If the return is not made after 60 days, we will charge the full remaining amount.
- If the device or the cuffs are damaged, we will contact you with photographic evidence and charge a one-time fee of €80.
Full transparency: In your personal customer portal, you can view your rental status and rented device at any time – for full control and transparency.
