With the Venen Engel rental, you start flexibly and risk-free:

You pay a one-time fee of €350,00 EUR for the first 3 months. After that, your rent automatically extends every month at the price of €100,49 EUR – for as long as you want.

Purchase instead of rent? No problem.

You can purchase your product from the rent at any time – simply in your customer account. The purchase price is reduced by the rent already paid. We show you the current remaining purchase price transparently at any time. After completion, you will automatically receive your purchase confirmation by email.

Do you want to cancel?

You can end your rent at any time by canceling it in your customer account at least 3 days before the next billing date. We will then send you a free return label within 2 business days. Important: The product must be returned in a functional and well-maintained condition.

Rent becomes ownership – completely automatically.

If you rent your product for 12 months, it automatically becomes your property – at no additional cost. The last monthly payment then fully replaces the purchase price.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the contract conclusion. Within this period, you can cancel your rent and return the product for free.

Minimum rental period: 3 months (you pay at the start as a package).
Purchase possible at any time, regardless of the term.
Remaining purchase price: Calculated from the total value minus the rent already paid.
No hidden fees – you only pay rent or the remaining purchase price, never both.

Mentally impaired persons may only use the device under supervision.
Repairs, maintenance, and replacement of components must not be carried out during use and may only be performed by specialists authorised by the manufacturer. Otherwise, the warranty will be void.
During initial use, the application duration should not exceed 5 minutes. For subsequent applications, the duration should be gradually increased according to the user’s physical condition. Prolonged use may cause undesirable side effects.
The product should not be used by infants or small children.
Ensure the plug and your hands are dry when plugging in or unplugging the power cord.
Use the device only with single-phase 220-230V power. After use, unplug the device from the outlet. Ensure the device is positioned so that you can easily unplug it at any time.
Ensure the power cable is not twisted or kinked, and do not place heavy objects (e.g., table or chair legs) on it.
Use the device only for its intended purpose.
Do not use the device with power strips. Do not plug the device’s power cord into the same socket as other devices.
Avoid shaking or dropping the device during use or transport. Protect the device from falls and impacts.
Keep the device and cuffs away from heat sources (e.g., radiators, cigarettes, or direct sunlight) and use it only at the designated operating temperature. Using it outside the specified temperature range may cause damage, discoloration, or deformation of the cuffs.
If the device has not been used for a long time or has been exposed to low temperatures, it may not function properly. Before use, inflate any cuff 3 to 4 times to the maximum pressure setting.
Do not use running water, oil, gasoline, alcohol, or other chemicals to clean the cuffs or the device, as this may shorten the product’s lifespan. Use a damp cloth to clean the cuffs, and for heavy dirt, add a textile cleaner. Use a dry cloth to clean the device.
Do not use the device while naked. Wear underwear or trousers during use.
Do not open the cuffs during use to avoid damage.
When disposing of the device, cuffs, remote control battery, or packaging, follow local disposal guidelines to avoid environmental pollution.
Damage, loosening, or failure of the pressure sensor may cause the device to malfunction. Contact the manufacturer for inspection and maintenance.
Ensure that no heavy objects are placed on the cuffs, hoses, or other accessories, and that they are not twisted or kinked, as this may damage the pressure sensor.
Place the device so the plug can be easily connected to and disconnected from the power supply.
Keep the device out of reach of pets.
