PARTICIPATION IN THE WINNER GAME

Venen Engel is the organizer responsible for the promotion and is hereinafter referred to as "the operator".

In order to participate in the sweepstakes, you must have an internet connection and a Facebook/Instagram account. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple profiles to increase your chances of winning. Furthermore, every natural person of full age and legal capacity who is resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland is eligible to participate.

PERFORMANCE OF THE WINNER GAME

Entry is through the claims mentioned in the post. The promotion period is 07.09.20-31.10.20 until 23:59. Among all participants/inside a Venen Engel 8 Premium for belly & legs is drawn by lots.

The draw will be made at random.

The winner will be notified of the prize via Facebook/Instagram (comment reply) within five (5) business days of the end of the sweepstakes.

The winner must report back to the operator within three (3) business days after notification of the prize, otherwise the claim to the prize will be lost and the operator will have the right to determine a new winner.

The data provided by the participants will only be used for contacting the winner and administering the prize. Questions, suggestions and complaints should therefore be addressed exclusively to the operator. In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation or an attempt at technical manipulation, the operator may exclude certain participants from the promotion. In such a case, prizes may also be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact data provided. In the event of incorrect allocation of the prizes due to incorrect data, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Cash payment and legal recourse are excluded. The responsibility for any taxation of the prize lies with the winner him/herself. Should the operator not be able to provide the prize for unjustifiable reasons, the operator reserves the right to provide a replacement of equal value. The prize will be shipped within Germany. As soon as the prize has been transferred to the transport service provider, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss lies with the winner.

Legal representatives, employees, dealers and partners of the Operator, as well as all persons involved in the creation and implementation of the promotion and the family members of all previously mentioned persons are excluded from participation in the promotion. Technical or other problems beyond the control of the Operator are not subject to the liability of the Operator. By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation.

CLOSURE

The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized in any way by Facebook or Instagram. The legal process is excluded.

The sole applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. These conditions of participation, including the sweepstakes mechanics represent the final regulations for the promotion. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
