Fit recommendation for the leg cuffs

For optimal compression on the legs, the cuff should not be too tight – a flat hand should fit in between. If it is too loose, the pressure can be increased or an extension can be used.

Extension recommendation by clothing size:

Up to size 42: No extension needed
Size 42–46: 1 extension recommended
Size 46–48: 2 extensions recommended
Size 50–52: 3 extensions recommended
From size 54: 4 extensions recommended
